Alternatively another method of downloading is to use the Download form.
This form gives pre specified fields that can be used to download from.
Click the ‘Download’ icon and select ‘Download Form’.
The Download form will appear:
Search Results Options
These options are used to filter at the Price Agreement based on its effective date.
Download Option:
•Current- This option will restrict the download to the pricing agreements which are effective as at the ‘Effective Date’ field on the Wizard ribbon (details provided below).
•Current And Future- This option will return all pricing agreements for the ‘Effective Date’ field on the Wizard ribbon (details provided below) and any date after this point.
•All- This option will return all pricing agreements associated for past, current and future dates.
All other fields in this form will allow us to download agreement information based on the values selected in this form. It is recommended to at least filter by one or more records, otherwise large quantities of data may be returned and take a large amount of time.
