Upload Steps with Overhead Associations
Overhead Associations can be created in this mode. When creating a new Cost Type against a Resource, the Resource specified must already exist in Oracle against the Organization also specified in the sheet.
From here a Cost Type can be specified that doesn’t already exist against the Resource. If needed this can be checked by downloading based on the organisation and the Resource Code, this will bring all resource/cost type combinations onto the spreadsheet.
From this point the upload can be initiated, ensuring the Process Option is set to ‘Create’.
Validation will then occur and if successful will set the new record as Pendingin the spreadsheet ready for Concurrent Submission.
