View Usage

When you select the ‘About’

button on the Wizard Ribbon, the ‘About This Program’ form will display.

On this form is a ‘View Usage’ button. If this does not appear then the version of the Wizard you are using will not have this functionality included. Download the latest version of the Wizard to obtain this.

When the ‘View Usage’ button is selected the following form will display which will provide you with details of usage and the Wizard versions used in your environment:

Enter search criteria (noting that all of the search criteria are case sensitive) as follows:

Wizard – Enter a specific Wizard or leave this field blank to return usage for all Wizards in your environment. The Wizard code will default to the Wizard currently being used but can be modified.

User – Enter a specific User Name or leave this field blank to return all users.

Sort by options are provided:

· Connection Time DESC (Descending)

· Connection Time ASC (Ascending)

· Wizard

· User

Retrieve Usage for last X days – Enter the number of days that the usage should be extracted.

After the search criteria have been entered, click the ‘Refresh’ button. The data will then display based on the criteria entered.
