Download Form

 
This option provides a form where multiple search criteria can be used for data matching.  It uses the criteria to find the correct information that matches the criteria and then downloads everything from Oracle into the worksheet, for the Events (depending on the columns in the active sheet at that time).
 
To access the form, position the cursor on the row where you want the download to commence, ensuring this is below row 10.
 
Click the ‘Download’ icon and select ‘Download Form’ option as shown below: 
 
 
The following ‘Download Form’ will appear:
 
 
Enter criteria into one or more of the fields on the Download Form, to select the required Event information.  You may use the wildcard character ‘%’ to increase the search capacity.  Click the ‘Download’ button and data will be downloaded at this point, pushing all existing rows downwards.
 
Update these Events by keying directly into the fields, or double-click on the transaction to open the data-entry form.
