Descriptive Flexfields

Element Entry Wizard allows you to upload Descriptive Flexfields.

In the worksheet the Context column and DFF columns 1 through to 20 are displayed.   If you are not using a column, then it can be safely deleted from the worksheet.  Descriptive Flexfield columns are validated by both the form and the upload process.

The information can be added by entering directly into the worksheet or using the Descriptive Flexfield button which is on the ‘Element Lines’ form.

When you click on the DFF button the following form will appear which will enable you to enter the ‘Context’ of the Flexfield.  When this is entered the form will determine which attributes are required.

If the Descriptive Flexfield structure you require has not been implemented, please contact More4apps https://more4apps.com/support/new-support-request/
