Used for all Manufacturing/Production Bills with either unit or date effective components.
Designed to deal with Implemented BOMs and Implemented Components.
Unimplemented Components and changes PENDING on an ECO are excluded

Engineering BOM

Engineering > Prototypes > Bills > Bills
|
Used for Engineering/ Design/Prototype Bills with either unit or date effective components. This mode can use both manufacturing and engineering Items.
Designed for the Designers/Engineers to Design/Create/Change BOMs in a protected environment where the PROPOSED changes cannot be seen/used accidently by Production.
Allows the Designers/Engineers to see proposed changes pending on ECOs in Display-Only fields.

EAM. Used to maintain Asset Group type Bills that are handled under Enterprise Asset Management and have date or serial effective components.

Maintenance BOM

EAM. Used to maintain Asset Activity type Bills that are handled under Enterprise Asset Management and have date or serial effective components.

Rebuildable BOM

EAM. Used to maintain Rebuildable type Bills that are handled under Enterprise Asset Management and have serial, unit, or date effective components.
