Note:  Due to the complex nature of this Wizard and how it can be used, we would prefer to also receive the Wizard workbook containing data and all error messages incurred at the time the issue presents.  This will help us work towards solutions much quicker as the Workbook contains valuable version and instance information to assist our support team.
