Download Form
Position the cursor on the row where you would like the download to start. Ensure you leave enough free rows below the cursor for all of the records that you are downloading, otherwise data may be overwritten.
Click the ‘Download’ icon on the ribbon and select ‘Download Form’:
A form like the following will appear:
Filters can be added here either by selecting values using the drop down lists or by typing directly into the text box.
Once all filters are entered, click on the “Download” button and it will download the records from the database into the AIW sheet. The following is an example of downloaded data.
