Horizon is a Software as a Service (SAAS) Professional Services Automation (PSA) application. It is a web based application requiring no software to be downloaded to your client. Forecast time can be entered from wherever you can access a browser. All forecast time is validated against projects and tasks that have been entered into Project Management using the same rules as for timesheets capturing actual time. You can define your own rules to control who can enter forecast time against which projects. Horizon Resource Forecasting supports multiple labour types, bill rates and agreements; all configurable by you.

All forecast time can be reported on the moment it has been entered. You can decide whether to enter time by week or month, along with comments, by person. Forecast time may be entered up to 12 months ahead of time. Individuals can enter their own forecast or it can be entered on their behalf by their manager or administrator.
